It has been over a week since family, friends and co-workers came together to participate in the Race for the Cure. I feel compelled to share a remark from weary, seven-year old Ethan as he was being tucked into bed Saturday evening after the Race. “Daddy, I don’t want to walk that far again... unless it’s for cancer.” I remain grateful for all the love and support I continue to receive as I make my way to the finish line.

Love, Lisa

The Race and all that We all did indeed descend on Lisa and Nat's house and by the time Lisa got home the house was filled. The only problem was NO Zingerman’s deli.......... what was the Rosenthal/Millenbah family going to do? Finally, as in a UPS ad, several of us were standing on the street looking and looking. We FINALLY saw the big brown truck with lights on coming down the street. I don't think he's ever gotten such a good welcome. Jumping up and down and cheering!!! Everyone was fed and we went off to bed to get up at 5:30 a.m. to go to the race. We dressed in lime green t-shirts (except for Lisa who wore a pink one) with Team Millenbah written on the back. Easy to identify in a sea of people. Everyone went, Richard, Ann, Kelly, Gary, Prue, Ami, Eben, Mary, Sarah, Walker, Jon, (Meghan is still working 18 hour days editing), Lisa, Nat and Ethan.... We went, we waited, we got rained on AND we walked. It was terrific. Amazing to see the numbers of people 26,000 all walking for a cure for breast cancer. Even a one month old puppy who's mother (dog mother) had died of it. thanks to Kelly and Mary for organizing it. It was very, very moving to be with so many survivors and their friends and family.

Good morning! Thank you once again for my morning inspiration! Every time I open my e-mail and there is a new message from you, I feel inspired to give my best that day and face the world with a smile! Why is it that you make us feel good when we should be taking care of you? Have a really great day today! m.

Good morning Hi Lee; So happy thing went well at the race. Your dad showed me all the pictures. Hope you are doing okay. One more time. Take care. Love, A. J.

Just a Note Hi Lisa, Just finished checking out all the pictures of the race. It looked hot, but like a lot of fun. Sure glad you did so well yourself. It was nice to be "introduced" to your family. Now I have some faces to go with the names. Take good care of yourself...it will soon be over. Many prayers and Much LOVE, A. S.
